Difficulties with indexing and positioning of Google

I want your positive support to solve problems related with Google positioning and indexing. I have already generated a web page with thousands of articles especially for Adsense. However, I cannot find the effective way to write the URL address of my site on Google address bar that can reflect my website and its description. As unique and fresh content is an essential requirement of Google, I have created a forum Drupal and an index to modify my site. In spite of this, typing the URL of my site would provide the outcome of old description. Can you tell me why it is happening?

Because you did not fetch your web pages in Google webmaster tools, submit your sitemap in Google webmaster tools and fetch your urls in google to index your new web pages.
