Yes, it needs great creativity, ideas and of course experience does matters. Now a days new software updates are releasing. When we look at adobe, we are now in Creative Cloud version, it has many advancements compared to version 3. I was started with version 1. I have been observing many design related updates.

I totally agree with you. If you are a web designer than you have to keep patient. It is really important for your career. Client always wants to get the best. So you have keep patient and concentrate what are they looking for?

As a starter i am focusing on learning graphic design and web template design using Adobe photo shop, illustrator tools by watching tutorials online and reading articles from popular web design sources. Your points are useful.
