Which method is easy for designing a good website? HTML or wordpress which one is easy for web designing ?

If you are web designer you like static web design.
But for all even for a common man also like word press web design, it is very easy to use and enhance the plugins as per their wish.

Suppose if you want change, add or edit content it is very easy in word press. So everyone prefers word press only.
