Hi there,

with about $300, I know it's no more for advertising online but is there any ways to advertiser the most effective for my website ?

I'm thinking about banner ad, email marketing, facebook ad or google adwords..

please share me any suggetions

Better not waste your money for advertising. If you have the time then you can build links manually for your advertising. If you haven't got the time, then you can hire a freelancer for $300 to keep your website up in search engines and advertise.

I must agree with this idea, I am trying that on facebook but how to estimate its effect then I didn't know

to gauge effectiveness of your group post, use a link shortner like bitly so you can track how many click throughs you are getting to your site.

Oh yes bitly is best to me as far as tracking my pages. I also like it because its free. Thanks.
