it is a very normal but very asked by many people to me ..and i am still afraid of giving any sure answer..so need help with this topic..

How do you guys plan all your strategy towards latest algorithm changes...

I think following Google's basic rules and guidelines related with Content, link, design is the best way to get ready for any latest algorithm change. Google will not change its basic rules so our websites will be protected from any new algorithm change.

ya. Update your content in descriptive and relevant manner. Generate quality and do follow back links from various kind of link building method. Remove bad back links by disavow tool.
