Please help with payment gateway

I am developing a website that is based in India. The customers are allowed to buy products around the world. As I've already added paypal as my default payment gateway. But Indian user won't be able to purchase goods from my website as my account is also from PayPal India. And due to RBI restrictions I will be not able to transfer funds to the Indian user account. so please help me and let me know any alternative for receiving payment and sending payments to the account of Indian users other than NEFT and RTGS.
