Problem in sharing screen in Google hangout.

Hi, I use Google hangout for audio or video calls .but I often come across a similar kind of problem when it comes to sharing screen. At times I am not able to share my screen or unable to see the other side screen even if it’s shared.
Any one please help me on this.

Hm, if you can't fix it I know for personal use you can use Teamviewer.
