I want to know about nofollow links, can anybody tell me nofollow link hurt our website ranking or not? If you have any any other technique to get dofollow backlinks so please share with us!

If your no follow back link came from relevant, reputed and PR sites it is beneficial for you.
SE needs quality back link that generate in natural / organic way.
I am generate quality do follow back links by high PR forum posting and blog commenting sites.

You can benefit a lot from nofollow links. Just ensure you don't get them from spammy sites. The good thing with nofollow links is that they are easier to get. I usually do like ten nofollow links for every dofollow or so and I have never had any problems. A link coming from an authority site is good whether nofollow or dofollow
