How to re-size lot of images with one click first part

Hey webmasters
my last tutorial was about how to resize an image
Now this tutorial is about how to automate that using actions and that's very effective when you have lot of images, I have for example 100 pictures I will not lose the whole day on photoshop resize image by image that's why we use actions

Is this part 1 for creating Photoshop action?
It hasn't showed how to apply to re-size batch of images at one time, just some seconds or 1 minute.
