Facebook Ads Tutorials or Training Recommendation?

I have just started a Facebook ad campaign with $25 for first campaign to increase Facebook page likes and visits for posts on my page but I didn't get anything only some clicks on my posts
I set target geography and interests as requirements..etc

what have I done wrong ways?

Can you give me any Facebook Ads tutorials or training recommendation?
I want to know a new tips that help me improve when apply facebook ad

It all depends what your goals are. For 'like' campaigns I advertise in developing countries that speak english. For conversions I advertise in big countries like the US, AUstralia, UK, etc..

Although I haven't ran FB campaigns lately, because the ROI is i the negatives most of the time and it's not worth it.
