My namecheap domains are due to be renewed. Anyone have a coupon code that works on renewals?

Namecheap doesn't run deals on renewals, in fact not many providers actually do. Coupons/Deals are meant to bring in the customer initially, saving the customer up-front costs. When it comes to domain renewals however, the $10 per year that you're paying isn't such a big deal. You've got to consider that Namecheap themselves pay around $9 for every domain registered, and by providing these coupons they are losing quite a bit of money and paying out of their pocket just to establish you as a customer. If they were to continue with deals on renewals, they wouldn't be making any money whatsoever, in fact, they'd pretty much be giving money away.

Namecheap say no with any renew coupon, so do not wait.
We should stay first year with Namecheap, but if you want to save money, let's run away :)

Not true at all, it's actually not best practice to go Coupon Jumping, and when records are pulled on your domain and it is seen that your domain has switched registrars numerous times it builds a bad reputation. You have to consider the fact that you are purchasing a domain, so that you can conduct business and generate revenue. However, if you are using a coupon to purchase the domain for less than the registrar pays, then when it comes time to renew you run away, you're taking advantage of the fact that you were given the deal in the first place.
