Earn from Web Hosting Affiliate Programs?

I'm going to build a new module where I can offer some popular web hosting providers (like hostgator,bluehost,ipage) and hope to earn a little commission from them when my blog visitors click on the links I recommend on my blog. It's good idea to earn from web hosting affiliate programs?
Did anyone try web hosting affiliate programs and earn more with it, please guide me should do that or not?

web hosting is really competitive niche and mostly overally saturated try something different there are so many niche to choose from why choose web hosting and face too much competition.
