Hello, I'm using both types of VPS (cPanel(WHM)/DirectAdmin control panel) and in cases I want to move a new VPS, so I'd like to move all data and configuration from this VPS to a new VPS
which easy ways can I transfer cPanel/DirectAdmin data to A new VPS without problems?

That is correct, under Transfers there is "Transfer Tool".
You can transfer accounts from cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk and Ensim.
