You can do some researches for the reference but I would suggest you try google keyword planner or some following tools like

- Google Adwords' Keyword Tool
- Wordtracker’s Free Basic Keyword Demand
- Google Trends Keyword Demand Prediction
- Microsoft Advertising Intelligence
- Google Insights for Search

In my point of view, Google's AdWords Keyword tool is a good tool for keywords research. It provided you more featured aroud the keyword you want to target, such as estimated search volume, CPC..etc. Go and see which you will get with this tool.

Ubersuggest .org it will be useful for you.. you have to just enter the keyword and click on suggest. after that all your long tail keywords are on your screen. You can select there that which keyword is useful for you.
