Should page title and H1 tag be different?

I am using page title and H1 tag be the same and that's good for SEO ?
or should page title and H1 tag be different?

You might want to change the wording a bit. But generally it should NOT hurt SEO.

the best practice is to use different keywords, diversifying keyword is necessary.

You can use your Keywords in the Page Title, which are relevant to your Website's page content. Use appropriate Heading tag, wherever applicable for your Page Content.
