Hi guys,
I don't know when I publish a blog post base on time refernces targeted US or UK, then it can affect traffic in these locations, right?
If you guys have experience on this, what is the best time you choose to publish if your target is in the US and UK.

I really don't think that it makes much difference unless you have a ton of folks signed up to your RSS feed... Regarding RSS feeds I personally dont bother to use them for reasons relating to security e.g. preventing stolen content, targeted for spam as well as DDOS attacks via xmlrpc.php exploitation...

That aside people are going to either type your domain directly which in most cases does not happen unless you are a big brand and further this is not reliant on the time of publishing.... and for pretty much everyone else is to follow links leading to your site.... Links which either appear on the SERP results or links from other web resources... Those links do not appear at the time of publishing... So I would say publishing time is irrelevant... Short answer - No it does not make any difference....

It depends on what you're referring to, for search engines it doesn't matter. However, for social media it does matter because some people will be asleep by the time you share a post so they might not see it.

Unless if you have loyal followers who always visit your social profiles to check if there's anything new. For facebook groups it doesn't matter because they'll get a notification about the new post when they login, that's if they didn't switch off their notifications on your group.

For RSS it doesn't matter because they'll see it when they check they're emails or rss reader. Hope that helps.

It doesn't matter what time you want to post to your blog unless you have lots of feed subscriptions from any of that traffic (US @ UK) because they will get informed about your new post as soon as you published it on your blog.

another thing to consider is how you get your traffic?

if your main method of promotion for getting traffic is by social media, so you have to promote the blog post on the HOT time..
