Hi,
I know to write my own css but I also am using CSS frameworks like bootstrap, Skeleton, foundation...each one has its advantages.
If you are design a responsive web design, which one you will choose to build your own responsive web design?
What are your thoughts?

Using framework has its big advantages, but like you said it cannot cover whole project without adding custom CSS.
Combining these two provides good result, so that is mine recommendation.
Both frameworks are equally good it is matter of your personal choice.
