which one is better to promise on a squeeze page?

Hi guys,
I am wondering which one is better to promise on a squeeze page,
Something like 2 weeks of daily emails of content (more useful information to the readers)
OR
A eBook with useful content
Which one would be better to promise so more people would opt-in..

Please share your ideas?

Both!!! Why not offer the ebook as an incentive to signup and as part if your email campaign offer really useful content which is mixed up with products which really help your readers.... Your aim should be to provide the best quality - above and beyond your competitors... That way you'll get more signups and hopefully sales...
