SiteGround Hosting Experience

Just a little warning from my side before people start looking to Siteground. I have had 3 issues in 2 weeks with their servece, all issues being 'too complex for me to understand' so they wont bore me by telling me. This is what they said. Being a web developer that doesn't really make me feel good. They forward the issue to the 'experienced' tech team who close the ticket because they don't know whats wrong...

It's unfortunate to hear you've been having a bad experience with them, can you enlighten us on as to what happened exactly? Maybe I may be able to give you a more through explination from your example.
