Greek Forex Offer - Would You Trust This?

Other than the fact it is FOREX, i want to focus on the issue that it is based in Greece. With the recent financial issues, I feel that someone is positioning themselves here to make a lot of money. Is it private or government prompted - what is your opinion? should it matter to you as an affiliate marketer?

They pay $300+ per new sign up.....Europe Only.
