What's your next step after a Product LAUNCH?

Hey guys!


Would love to get your guys's opinion on this, but what do you guys do once you've successfully launched a product for the start of your brand new business?


Let's say you worked hard and built up a huge email list & community that is just begging you to come out with a product.

So you do, you launch the product and your whopping sales within 24hrs is $10,000!

Woohoo! Now you have that $10k, but what you sold was ONLY a 1-time purchase with NO upsells.

What do you do with that $10k to make sure you have consistent profits every month?



Do you give a portion to a very trustworthy online PPC marketer and have his job to use that portion and try to double it?


Or...


Do you use your profits to come out with a new additional service that is a monthly subscription so you keep the cashflow steady?


Or...


Something else?

Great new products.

There is only a limited number of people who will ever buy your product, even if you have the best ad, for the while world to see.

The more products you have, the more chances of sales.

What? You want to spend? You still have more money yet to be made from your buyers list. You did not create an upsell - so make one. See what other needs your list may need that they'd be willing to pay a recurring fee for and do that. Build from your model a program to teach others to do the same as affiliates of yours (I know there are literally thousands that would want to learn how to make $10,000 in 24 hours). Now you multiply your efforts and profits.

I simply feel that you are not cranking out all juice that's still in your particular situation and that can be effectively utilized without much further investment.

I would better use some money to pay for a software or PHP developer to build me a nice cash machine (recurring income #1) that I would marry to a membership product (recurring income#2) with room to add, grow and upsell (more money) your way into a nice and comfortable early retirement.

Don't forget to make a separate email list of people who have bought. These are people who have faith in you and your product and may be just a small percentage of your main email list.

You have a lot of options and it mostly comes down to your audience and their requirements. If there are other products they are in need of, be sure to provide those as well.

A membership option is certainly a good idea. I would also recommend surveying those on your list who didn't purchase and gather some insight as to why? You may find they would prefer a different type of solution, maybe they want a $10,000 done-for-you solution? With this knowledge, you can create additional products to help your entire audience.
