What is Disavow links tool? how to use it?

What is the Disavow links tool ?
I've just heard about this tool being very useful for SEO and I want to use it.
How do you use it? Do you have any personal experience with it?

Pls share any suggestions ?

Well, you could always search Google and then read about it on the official Google page https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en

However here's some things they don't tell you on that page about the Disavow tool.

1. Disavowed Links are Still Seen in Webmaster Tools
2. There is a Size Limit to the Disavow File
3. The Webspam Team Doesn't Read Comments in Your Disavow File
4. You Don't Need to Include Nofollowed Links in the Disavow File
5. Disavowed Links Can be Reavowed
6. A Disavow May Not Work Through a 301 Redirect
7. Disavow Data Isn't Used Against the Site Being Disavowed
