Hi guys

Over the past few month I have researched and learned from forums
I think that I hold decent knowledge to START, I'm not a pro by any means but I want to give it a go.

Before I begin, I would like to say that:
- I have no site at this time
- No website of course I have no list or list building accounts ( mailchimp, getresponse...etc )
- I have a small budget ($100) for online business

The purpose of this is to make a bit more of money, it doesn't have to be hundreds or thousand. I just want to prove to myself that it works.

I want to have some help on how to find any good Clickbank products that will sell, after I found products, how to promote, sell, setup affiliate links...? how? So please could you give me some ideas on this.

Thanks in advance to everyone!

OK, first off Edward, welcome! Be sure to stick around as you're
bound to get some great advice from a group of great people.

Secondly, when first starting out, it is important to know that
you can not simply find a good product and promote it. A lot
(or at least a fair amount) of research should go into finding
something that has a high "buyer potential".

What do I mean? Well, you have to figure out what people
are looking for? What problems do people have that they
need solutions for? What issues are people having that they
need answers to?

The best way to be successful is to provide SOLUTIONS,
NOT products and/or services.

You need to scrounge the internet, find a problem that you
are fairly familiar with yourself, (be it good or bad) and find
a product or service that solves the problem.

Once you have done that, then, and only then, should you
think about promoting said product/service to others who
are also in need of such a solution.

Finding products on CB is a start, however, do not make the
mistake of limiting yourself to just Clickbank. There are many
advertising networks out there that you will want to familiarize
yourself with. A few, of the better ones out there, off the top
of my head, are as follows:

[URLnf="http://clickbank.com"]Clickbank.com[/URLnf]
[URLnf="http://cj.com"]Commission Junction[/URLnf] (usually referred to as CJ.com)
[URLnf="http://jvzoo.com"]JVZoo.com[/URLnf]
[URLnf="http://shareasale.com"]Shareasale.com[/URLnf]

As I said, there are many out there, thousands literally, but those
are the first few which come to mind...

Many people will tell you that you should worry about stuff like
"gravity" when using sites like ClickBank. To those people, I say
"BAH HUMBUG". If you have found a solution to a problem and
can attest to the fact that it DOES work, or you can write in
a way that is convincing enough to make the reader want to
buy/try the product, (without being misleading or untruthful)
THAT is what is MOST important.

To succeed, I would highly suggest that you do get yourself
a website and a decent domain name. When finding a domain
name, if your soul purpose is to promote a wide array of products
and services, I would register a generic type of domain, however,
if you're going after a specific market type, a keyword rich
domain would be highly advisable.

I would also highly suggest getting yourself a trustworthy email
marketing campaign account (aweber and get response are very
good, however, if you're just starting out, there are others you
could use to help get your feet wet).

I would be more than happy to help you get started. I have a
few tips and tricks which I know could help you out. For example,
I can help you get a domain and website hosting for as little as $5
total, to get started (with very reputable companies I must add).

I am not looking for you to HIRE me, I am simply offering a "newbie"
some assistance, if you want it. If so, take a moment to PM me and
send me your contact details (name, email address, etc) and I will
contact you shortly.

First, know that you are not alone. Everyone has to start at the bottom. Secondly, you should have a blog. Before you start a blog, though, you need to do research. The first thing you need to do is to figure out what market you want to be in (self-help, toys, sports, health/fitness, electronics, etc.). After this, you can even get more specific into things that are considered niches - smaller groups of people that are willing to spend money on specific things in these larger markets. The niche you're in is what is going to determine what kinds of products you promote.

To be clear as possible, I'll give you some examples of what I mean. Dating/relationships is a popular niche in the self-help industry. Video Games are an profitable niche within the toy industry. Golf is a really big niche in the sports market, where people spend lots of money. Weight loss, without saying, is an incredibly popular niche within the health/fitness industry. Thinking about your hobbies can help you decide what niche you want to go into. Oh, Clickbank also has "categories"/markets listed on its page that can be broken down into niches like I did above.

Once you've figure out what niche you want to go into, it's a good idea to go ahead and find some products you want to promote on your blog. Next, you purchase a domain and hosting. You put up some product reviews and articles related to the stuff that going on in your niche. Obviously, you're going to have to do some Search Engine Optimization (what you do to get seen in the search engines) when it comes to this stuff. After your site starts getting traffic, you need to start building a list (acts as an additional stream of income for your blog).

Once you learn the ins and outs of stuff and lay the proper foundation, it's mostly "rinse and repeat." The income for your blog will grow over time as your blog grows. After you have one blog up and running and making money, you might also decide to start working in other niches. Oh, you shouldn't go into the "make money online" niche -- until you've actually made money in a niche outside of that. Why? It's the only way you know what a legitimate "make money online" product needs to teach people in order to be legit. Make sense?

I was going to say the same thing as Developer. Been saying that as well too much lately :)

But, wanted to add, or agree that don't limit yourself to just clickbank. Personally I have not had as much luck with CB. Though it depends on the product.

But.. more important, other places like JVzoo and Warrior+ are better for finding good products because you can actually see the sales, conversions and EPC (Earnings Per Click) of each product. As well as the refund rate. So those platforms can give you much better insight into any product. Better than only some "Gravity" number that is about as cryptic as a search engine algorithm.

Hi,

Before finding a profitable Clickbank product, you need to figure out what are the niches that you're most interested in. Don't go for a niche that doesn't interest you because you will get bored eventually and you'll start procrastinating and leaving affiliate marketing altogether.

For instance for myself, I am really interested in niches like SEO, Social Media, PPC and personal development. There are some very profitable digital products on Clickbank related to these niches.

There are sites like cbtrends.com that show you the performance of new clickbank products. I would say the most important parameters to look at when assessing if a product on Clickbank is profitable is the Gravity (anything above 30 in Gravity indicates that the product is doing well with affiliates) , in addition to the affiliate tools that the vendor is making available to the affiliates (banners, email swipes, free e-books....).

All the best !

If you are newbie I would say purchase a domain, build a blog, drive traffic to the blog, find a good autoresponder company and start building your list, sign in with clickbank and find their top products that are converting at the moment. Hope you will get success.

I usually choose products with high gravity and also that product is relevant to my blog niche or topic. After that writing a killer review post can bring good result for you.

Hi
I think you have good answers from bloggers here. First you need to buy a domain name and webhosting. it doesn't cost you a lot. then write some content on your blog. its where you start promoting your own products. you should control the traffince since you talked about it. and if you didn't get any organic traffic then social media is the best decision.

The last answer is Take massive action
