How to share Google adwords access to another user?

There is a Google Adwords account of a non technical user and he would to give rights to a technic professional to manage his account. There is an option in Google Adwords 'Account Settings' to share access. Recipient can receive sharing request but when we click on it, it's showing technical error or unable login and that is one time use request, it won't work for the second time.

Even in Google help articles also there is no proper information regarding this.

Can anyone explain this?

there is a convenient variant:
technic professional must have Google AdWords Manager Account. there is the option add account.

you call him your Customer ID. he adds your account. you click "Approve"
