I want to know some ways that using commands to check bandwidth usage with ssh?

For users and root account. thanks

I believe it's not possible. This question is well discussed here but could not reach to conclusion.

Alternatively, if you are using Ubuntu then following is the solution.

However, per user bandwidth measurement is not necessary then you can install command-line tools like nethogs Nload, iftop, iptraf. These tools allows users to monitor the incoming and outgoing traffic separately.

If you are using cPanel for example, you could perform the following via shell:
jvulinux.wordpress.com/2013/07/18/find-user-bandwidth-via-ssh-shell-cpanelwhm/
