I'm still new IM field although I've started my first websites. they are becoming better every day but the problem is that I don't have more traffic to them

Can you guys please tell me best websites/books/webinars where can I learn about getting traffic to my websites?

When I first started out I quickly realised that creating a fantastic website means nothing if you cant get traffic to it.

What methods have you already tried?
