How does content generation website (like yourstory) drive traffic? I've launched a website few months ago but I'm not sure how to increase the traffic. Doing social promotion but it works very slowly. Secondly, should I buy FB likes?

Buying FB likes only has 1 purpose - to appear like other real people find you to be credible. In some cases it may help you show up within Facebook search suggestions.

You really just need to up your activity and start posting more and more and more. Do 10x more than you think you should be doing and you might have enough then. Join every group. Post. Post on your personal page if necessary.
