Real software for video marketing?

I don't seem to be able to find a solid answer to this, which usually means that is is worth looking into deeper. Is there free or opensource software that allows posting to multiple sites at once? I have a tool that will post to like 800 sites, but that's no more real than the people who tell you that they can get you 20,000 backlinks, those do nothing and have no long-term value.

Is there "enough" video sites that will actually send traffic to warrant automation software? I can only think of a handful that are worth submitting to.
