Here are some tips for newbies to create a good content:
Dos
1. Research the target market: the age, area, demand, and needs
2. Make sure your content answers what your customers may ask through Google and make it as educative as you can. You can conduct a survey to know more about what your customers need. For example, if you are selling wall paints, you can write about the paint color tips for bedroom.
3. Put your keywords on Alt Image, Title tag, meta description. You can vary the sentences, so it wont be monotonous.
4. Put internal link, a link that direct the visitors to another page of your website, as well as external link or a link that lead them to another website related to the niche.
5. Update your website periodically, especially the homepage with some news or updates.
6. Publish the website on social media.
Donts
1. Dont talk too much about the product on the homepage. People wont read a long description about the company.
2. Dont repeat the same words too many times, except the brand name. Find the synonyms on Thesaurus.
