What's the difference between an Amazon affiliate disclaimer and Amazon affiliate disclosure?

I just got signed up to be an Amazon affiliate and have seen these two terms in some of the fine print but don't know what the difference is between the two.

Does anyone know what is the difference between an Amazon affiliate disclaimer and Amazon affiliate disclosure?
