How good is PayPal customer care?

Hi all

I have had my issues with PayPal customer care and I do not have great memories with them. How good was your experience with PayPal? Anyone to share on this ?

My experience was not that bad.
Had my account limited twice but the limits were lifted
They even sent me a survey to fill out to evaluate the effect
of the account limitations after it was lifted.

No paypal still doesnt have there stuff together out of a 10 I would rate there services -0.

This rating makes no sense at all, as it means there is no service at all. From my experience; PayPal support is good, not the best if compared with others.
