Never! Android is far better than iOS. There are many examples like in Android we can download apps from any source unlike in Ios we have to download only from there store which is not fair. We can customize our ROM in android but where as in iOS we cant. Like this there are many examples we can give. When it comes to hardware my bet is on Apple processor

I prefer using Andriod, IOS has very restricted environment( music, Apps), Whereas in Android you have more control.

All developers have a lot of Mobile App Development platforms to select from, But they would most probably choose one of the two most popular mobile OS’ today, Apple's iOS and Google’s Android OS.

So, Now the question is which of these is superior iOS or Android?

Here is a short comparison between the Apple iOS and the Android OS:

The Android OS mainly uses Java, which is the common programming language generally used by developers. Hence, developing Android app gets very much easier for most developers.

The iPhone OS uses mainly Apple’s Objective-C language, which can mostly be resolved by the app developers who are already familiar with C and C++. This being more exclusive and may become a stumbling block for the developers who are not too expert in other programming languages.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, both the Andriod OS and Apple iOS have their own advantages and disadvantages. Both are equally strong competitors and are capable to rule the app marketplace with their own strengths and positives.

You can't decide this without considering certain factors. Your audience's demographics, age groups, income plays a big role. You would also need to focus on factors that affect the development factors like flexibility, time taken, cost, etc. Both of the platforms have their own perks but the decision totally depends upon your needs.

I used both the iPhone and Android and I can say that iOS is best in terms of performance.

Android and iOS Both Operating systems are very advanced and powerful mobile operating systems right no..Both of them has different selling points and due to these they differ in many aspects and here below I have listed a few where iOS is superior to Android.

1. Software Updates:

This is where Apple's iOS is a clear winner. You buy an Apple device and the company will support you even after 3-4 years. This is why Apple devices add value to your money. You don't need to change your device to enjoy new updates. Coming to Android, the game is totally different and the updates are controlled by OEM's rather than Google due to the Android Open Nature. Even though Google address the Android security issues, the smartphone manufacturers and OEM's control on rolling the OTA's to the devices. Leaving millions of Android users security at stake. A major setback to Android and on which Google is focusing more.

2. Security:

And there is no doubt iOS is the most secure Operating System and Apple boasts a lot about this.

3. Performance:

iOS is heavily optimised to deliver the better performance.

4. Branding:

Apple devices have a special brand value and user Interest.

5. Business:
Many companies are choosing ios for app development because they have better reach.
