-> Tracking Info
-> Tracking Code

copy that code and save it in your website page and tell google to recrawl that webpage

I want to mention on top that first, you need to remove the website from your current Gmail account. Once removed you can add it to the other Gmail account. Make sure also to remove the first code from your website, otherwise you experience unneeded logging activity.
