This is the first time I have ever heard of Ask.com webmaster tools when I read it from a blog post? Is this tool existed and I can submit my sitemap xml to it? how and where is URL to verify with Ask.com webmaster tools?

Ask.com has no webmaster tools now. It was discontinued about year ago.

I have check my website traffic statistics and I don't see any traffic came from this site hence I should ignore this search engine (Ask.com)?
