Why is it difficult for Google to see WIX sites?

Why is it difficult for Google to see WIX sites? I've created multiple WIX sites and I've tried to do SEO in each one of them but there isn't much difference until today. I've tried their SEO plugins, watched their video help for SEO, etc. Any help?
