There could be many reasons why your blog did not receive any traffic. Some of them I listed below:

You need to do SEO- on page and off page.

The main idea is - Be found in Google.
I think you are new to blogging & SEO. If you have time and patience, you can learn more about it and then come back to blogging or you can hire someone to do that for you.
