Can a site detect origin of click?

I know that a website can detect whether a click came from another website or a bookmark/typed URL. But can a site detect if a click came from a bookmark vs typed? And can they detect clicks that were opened in a new tab (right click, open in new tab)?

The answer to both questions is no. A bookmark and a direct type are both directs in google analytics. Whether a website user opens in a new window is a local browser setting
