Plesk Total Nightmare

So a few months I used Plesk Panel for windows hosting it was a free host I knew a friend let me tell you it's a total nightmare to work with it's worse that Vistapanel (Don't get me started on that) However there was one feature that I did like however it was being able to give a 503 Down for Maintenance error. However when I tried using the auto installer so many issues I couldn't even use it because half the applications didn't meet the requirements that plesk required. When I asked the person about what to do they had no idea. Also many applications don't run well with Windows hosting because of the php language. That's my nightmare using plesk
