Does using multiple hashtags on Twitter increase post impression?

I am just curious if I use multiple hashtags on my Twitter posts, which I think it can give more impressions. But if using too many, does this mean Twitter throttles "hashtag spam" or something? Because on Instagram, normally, the more hashtags you put, the more impressions you get. Do you think using multiple hashtags on Twitter will increase post impression?

I generally use 2-3 hashtag for my post.

Without a doubt. I am a Twitter expert and here that from me, never underestimate the power of hashtags on Twitter. but do not overuse them as well.
