Dofollow is simply the default state for a link. Said another way, any link without the nofollow attribute is a dofollow link. When another website links to yours with a standard (aka dofollow) link, it can directly affect search engine rankings.

How i can write in ms word an article with one main dofollow and other nofollow links?
You can not do that in MS word, you have to do it in HTML and when you view your link on browser, it will be nofollow or dofollow like this example
Standard link in this example is follow link, you don't need to add dofollow in your link, search engines will understand that as dofollow links. Vise versa, you need to add rel="nofollow" into your link to make them as nofollow backlinks/links.

All links are dofollow by default. To see if it's a nofollow ,type ctrl+u for page source then ctrl+f and type in nofollow if you see a rel="nofollow" that indicated that your link is not a dofollow

A no follow link is created with the nofollow link HTML tag, which looks like this:

<a href=”.http://www.website.com/” rel=”nofollow”>Link Text</a>

If nofollow place their follow the link will count as dofollow.
