Please share yours though, What is the main difference between black hat SEO and white hat SEO? Expert opinion please.

Black hat SEO are the SEO techniques which you can say they are cheating or some kind of cunning SEO techniques,
While the White hat SEO techniques are those which is done not to make the Google or Search engine fool to rank your site.

Black hat SEO -

• using Targeted keyword many times (more than enough), to make Google search your site for that keyword, BUT it do not work anymore and it can PANALISE your site if you do it irresponsibly
• making an unlimited and very high number of Backlinks in a very short time
• there are many other black hat SEOs. IF you use very frequently then probably your sit can be Banned or Panelised from Google search.

White Hat SEO -

• using images and vedio to make your site more attractive
• write attractive, valuable content on your site
• use targeted keywords in a well manner
• make right kind of backlinks.
• attractive site
• low loading speed
• light site
• many more other SEOs

Simply, whatever the techniques you are applying by following Google's algorithm and policy those are White-hat SEO techniques and rest are Black-hat. Creating backlinks are also part of black-hat SEO techniques.
