I think it is worth paying for blacklinks on quality sites but the problem is, how much you will pay for them, it is cheap or expensive, the rest, backlinks on blog posts are always good to use and more benefits for SEO.

Only if the site is considered an authority site by google. But, keep in mind that the guest post must be highly relevant to the PAGE you want to link to from it.

Paying for guest posts in against the google algorithms and comes under black hat practices. So, do not go for it at all. If google tracks it then your website will be blocked by google and they also penalise for such acts.
