Hi,
My website has H1 and H2 on the banner which shows on all the pages and each page also has its own H1 and H2. So this means there are two H1 and H2.

Do you think this is an SEO problem?

Shall I remove the H1 and H2 on the banner? What do you think?

Thank you for your advice,

Tony

You should only have one H1 tag per page. The H1 tag is the heading, so it signifies the main focus with respect to search relevance of the particular page. If you have more than one H1 tag, the relevance becomes diluted.

You can, however, have as many H2 tags as reasonably necessary, to organize each webpage into the appropriate sections.
