How to save battery on iPhone 4 or 5?

Do you know ways How to save battery on iPhone 4 or iPhone 5?
I used iPhone and owning one but I didn't have more experiences about this problem

i'm using 4s.that is major problem in ios.i thing there is no solution for it and even we cant change battery also then i use less app. and save battery.
