Nowday there is no need of a plugin... if you use wordpress, you will install Yoast which have an good sitemap generator...

If you really don't use Yoast so i advice Google Sitemap plugin! Why! because it's have a Auto-Ping inside.

Wordpress SEO by Yoast plugin also have breadcrumb feature and we have an option to set meta tag on each page / post. I used this plugin on my WP site's and combine with Yoast Video SEO which ability to preview the video screenshot on the SERP just like Yotube video SERP
