Many people use the two terms web design and web development interchangeably, but they really don't know more two different meanings on those terms so if you are looking for someone to design your websites with your purposes then you will find out difference between them.

One Of the most Genuine Difference between both Professionals is Web Designers Works for Outer or front part and Developers as Back end . Designers For Design and Developer for Code behind Design
Web Designers and Developers both are works as a part of Same Work ore one can say are like Two wheels of a bike and must requires in Building well Functional Website. If talking About Difference Both Requires Different Set of Skills(
Designers : Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver are some of the design
Developers : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, ASP, ColdFusion, Ruby, Pyt hon and many others) .

Both are Creative and Logical But We Consider
Web Designers As Creative bloc
Web Developers As Logical bloc .
