Can I get Pagerank with 1 Page content from 1 Domain?

Do you think that can I get high Google Pagerank with only 1 Page content from 1 Domain?
( my domain only have 1 page content for it )
Please share some thoughts? I can or not

You have only one page in your website? You should optimize all the webpages to get good ranking to the website.

yeah, I going to build 1 page ( 1 good article ) and SEO for it. do you think I will get high pagerank in next google update pagerank ?

yes, you can, but what users will do on this page? if they will reading text few min, then that is ok, but if they click on link and leave your website, then big pr link do not help you
