It still works, but it's harder to rank affiliate sites in Google now. Years ago it was easy peasy, but now not so much...

Agreed with hipcap, you *Willymuhizi may need to use high traffic sites to advertise your affiliate sites or programs then your affiliate marketing will work effectively.

it still works and not likely going away any time soon, the abundance of both affiliate programs and affiliate offers vs the traffic sources you can choose from may get a bit overwhelming but I assure you that once you find a traffic source that works well for you, it will perform well with most affiliate programs and networks.

Affiliate marketing can serve as a very good start for young people and people who want to get into entrepreneurship. As it not only is a way to earn a good amount of money but it also teaches you a very important skill, Sales. So, Affiliate Marketing is absolutely worth it .
