Any idea on how to code an embed video player with a syncing scripts like this?

I have a blogger blog where I post song lyrics translations. And I happened to find some websites with cool youtube embed video players, and next to that player they have a script with both the original lyrics and translation syncing to the video. I've been searching on the internet for days on how to code it but still have no clues. I did some source code on these websites and it is probably javascript but I can't really code since I never learn how to code properly. Does anyone know how to code this or have any idea?

I have seen the videos and lyrics created with Adobe indesign and also powerpoint and then just imbedded like a regular video.

Try searching on how to create a karaoke video with lyrics. That seems to bring up a lot of results that could possibly help.

I made a bunch of music lyrics videos already. This is a video player with an interactable script syncing to that video. It's not a sub file encoded onto a video. I did try some html5 video players and used <track> with a direct time-stamped-caption file. But the captions always appear on top of the video, not aside. it is also not interactable and only worked with a direct link to a video file, not on an embedded video. urgh this is fruitsrating!
