This is a script I built using PHP and MySQL.

1. You need more content. Especially on the index page. Add the snippets with the latest blog posts and discussions. Statistics block is not informative for users, with data like "Members:2, Forum Replies:0" it is a minus IMHO.

2. I see you like your avatar, but thumbnails for the posts on the blog index should be the screenshots of the reviewed websites, not your avatar, which is the same for every row.

3. Looking at the bottom of the discussion page on your "forum" we can see only "There Are No Records" and no call to action - if you want content you need some controls to post an answer (probably as a guest, why someone should register?). Or at least you need the "register to post a comment" button here.
